To that end, Tesla is seeking hardworking and passionate Product Managers. This Product Manager will be part of a team that is focused on delivering highly scalable systems for the distribution and logistics network at Tesla.

  • Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including customer scenarios and future growth considerations
  • Capture detailed requirements with use cases, process flows, and solution approaches that align with current operations and scalability needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, Material & Production Planning) and engineering teams to deliver world-class, scalable business applications and architecture
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, architectural improvements, and operational excellence based on business value and impact
  • Define, measure, and analyze KPIs to evaluate operations performance and drive data-informed decision making
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure product quality sign-off, and manage product documentation
  • Handle product escalations, support knowledge transition, and ensure smooth ongoing operations and handovers
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent in experience, and 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, distribution, or back-office ERP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Build, etc.)
  • Experience with greenfield implementations of ERP applications is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making; SQL proficiency and exposure to API-based systems integration
  • Ability to work effectively with IT, engineering, UX, business stakeholders, end users, and external partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Solid experience working in Agile methodology with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Expected Compensation

  • Software Product Mgr - $100,800 - $151,200/annual salary

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
