What You'll Do:

• Enter and maintain material orders and related data in our ERP system.
• Check material availability and support the smooth fulfilment of orders.
• Coordinate order execution together with our Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer teams.
• Ensure that information in the ERP system is accurate and up to date.
• Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Take part in process improvement initiatives and help us make our operations more efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with an ERP system or other data systems. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Good English skills.
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Higher education or currently being in the final year of your studies.
