Supply Chain Planner
Pay: $62.22-$75.37
Hours: Monday–Friday | Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Location: Bellevue, WA 98006
Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support a fast-paced fulfillment and supply chain organization. In this role, you'll work closely with internal business partners, logistics teams, and channel managers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and exceptional customer support for business customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Job Description
Manage customer orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities.
Process, validate, and enter customer orders while determining inventory availability and delivery dates.
Monitor and analyze open order reports to ensure system integrity and service level agreements are met.
Resolve dealer and internal business partner inquiries in a timely manner.
Partner with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve inventory or shipping issues.
Review backorders and coordinate inventory allocation to improve order fulfillment.
Investigate return exceptions and coordinate credits or replacements with Finance and internal stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions.
Support additional supply chain projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills
1–2 years of supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory planning experience.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and planning processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Pivot Tables
Filters
Basic formulas
Data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SAP ECC, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP/fulfillment system experience preferred.
Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a plus.
