Job Title: Supply Chain Planner - Finance, Accounting & Procurement

Location: Fully Remote

Rate: $42-$44 hourly

Duration: Through 12/31/2026 (w/possible extension)


The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, production schedules, and delivery timelines across supply chain functions. This role supports large-scale data center operations by aligning supply planning, production output, and material availability to meet infrastructure demand. The position offers exposure to advanced, technology-driven supply chain environments and emerging AI-enabled processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred

Experience

  • 8 or more years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related disciplines
  • Experience in technology-driven or manufacturing supply chain environments preferred
  • Exposure to sales and operations planning, material requirements planning systems, or sourcing and manufacturing processes

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities related to cost, materials, and production planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Solid understanding of bill of materials structures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to document, track, and manage supply chain data accurately
  • Leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely with consistent productivity and communication
  • Supplier-provided equipment required for assignment
  • Prior experience in complex, large-scale supply chain environments is advantageous
  • Experience with large enterprise ecosystems and familiarity with enterprise-level tools and processes is preferred

Assessment Process

  • One interview round with the hiring team
  • Possible second interview with an internal stakeholder, if required
  • Scheduling expected to begin immediately upon candidate submission

Performance Measurement

  • Timely and accurate delivery of weekly operational and supply chain reports
  • Ability to meet production planning deadlines and support execution targets
  • Effectiveness in managing supply risks and minimizing disruptions
  • Quality of cross-functional coordination and communication


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, components, and production schedules across internal teams and external partners
  • Review and approve production schedules, work orders, and material requirements to ensure alignment with demand forecasts
  • Manage supply planning activities supporting high-volume infrastructure build cycles, including component allocation and supportability
  • Monitor work processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational standards
  • Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or production constraints through proactive problem-solving
  • Revise production schedules as needed based on demand shifts, labor availability, or supply interruptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess progress, address risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Track and report on inventory levels, cost factors, and execution performance
  • Support reporting requirements, including timely delivery of weekly operational reports
