Job Title Supply Chain Planner

Location Hybrid 3x week in Redmond

Rate Up to $46 to $48 per hour

Duration: Through 6/30/27


The Supply Chain Planner supports operational planning and supply chain transformation initiatives within a high-growth, technology-driven environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining demand and supply plans, enhancing planning capabilities through advanced analytics, and ensuring continuity of supply across complex, multi-functional ecosystems. The position plays a key role in enabling scalable infrastructure initiatives, including AI and data center operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and distribute forecasts, demand plans, and supply plans
  • Support design, testing, and operationalization of demand and supply planning processes for materials and labor
  • Conduct gap analysis and drive continuous improvement in data quality, signal accuracy, and supply chain readiness
  • Build and maintain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and related tools
  • Support planning initiatives related to AI cooling infrastructure, CE spares, and fuel forecasting
  • Ensure planning data governance, reporting accuracy, and system integrity
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams
  • Assist in implementation and continuous improvement of planning systems and business processes
  • Execute workstreams aligned with supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Develop planning documentation, business reviews, and standard operating procedures


Performance Measurement

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Accuracy and quality of planning analysis, forecasts, and reporting deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, IBP, or S&OP environments
  • Experience working within technology, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or data center environments preferred
  • Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP IBP, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent

Core Skills

  • Advanced analytics and data interpretation capabilities across large, complex datasets
  • Expertise in Power BI, Excel, and planning tools for reporting and dashboard development
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory planning, and material flow
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, labor, and material cost structures
  • Familiarity with supply chain regulations related to production and shipping
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and reporting skills
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
