Now Hiring Supply Chain Planners!Qualified Staffing is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for a chemical manufacturing company in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing order flow, and ensuring materials and resources are aligned to meet customer demand.
What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitor open orders and maintain accurate order status reporting
• Lead or participate in daily production and order status meetings
• Coordinate with production, quality, and customer service teams
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for finished goods
• Create and manage work orders within ERP systems
• Track and support key performance metrics
• Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 4+ years of supply chain, logistics, or production planning experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
