Job Description:- Collaborate with the supply base to develop material flow and replenishment plans, ensuring suppliers meet supply chain performance targets so production runs smoothly without interruptions.
- Ensure MRP system is forecasting correct demand to supply base
- Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and sales, to align supply chain operations with business goals.
- Conduct regular cost-benefit analyses of supply chain activities to identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction.
- Monitor and manage inventory procedures to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing both shortages and excess supply.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to generate reports on key metrics such as delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory levels.
