Supply Chain Planning Expert
Location: USA
Duration: Through December 2027 + Extensions
Travel: Onsite 1 2 times/month to US sites
Role
Seeking a Supply Chain Planning / Transformation Lead to drive deployment of a global supply-planning operating model across US manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain Transformation and Deployment initiatives
- Assess Current State Target State Transition Adoption Stabilization
- Deploy global supply-planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites
- Drive people, process, and technology adoption
- Support implementation, go-live, and stabilization
- Work with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, or equivalent planning tools
- Bridge business users, supply chain teams, and technology teams
Must Have
- 4 5+ years of Big Pharma experience
- Strong manufacturing experience
- Global Supply Chain Planning experience
- Experience with SAP and/or advanced planning tools
- Strong business-facing transformation/deployment experience
- Willingness to travel onsite 1 2 times per month
Preferred: Chicago-based candidates.
