Supply Chain Procurement Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting procurement and vendor management teams.

Location: San Francisco, California

Pay Range: $80-$100 per hour (experienced candidates with all required skills please apply)

What's the Job?

  • Act as a liaison between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Vendor Management teams to facilitate seamless communication and process alignment.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize procurement workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support business transformation initiatives by analyzing operational performance and documenting business requirements.
  • Assist in managing procurement technology projects and ensuring compliance with procurement governance standards.
  • Contribute to improving supplier performance, procurement compliance, and operational effectiveness aligned with business objectives.

What's Needed?

  • 4–7 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Vendor Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and analyzing operational performance.
  • Proficiency working with procurement and ERP systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools, with experience in procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Coupa preferred.
