Job TitleJob Description Required Education: B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Preferred certification: Participation in CM/CA training modules is desired Completion of CM/CA training modules Required experience: Experience performing administrative professional-level work or equivalent experience Experience performing standard and non-standard transactions associated with the Supply Chain job family Experience with contracting/procurement, supplier documentation, materials/inventory planning, reporting, procurement transactions, and supplier performance trackingJob Overview: Fully performs both standard and non-standard transactions associated with the Supply Chain job family. Selects, applies, and explains procedures and practices to identify and resolve discrepancies, research information sources, and document and coordinate results. Supports contracting/procurement, materials and inventory planning, investment recovery, supplier partnerships, reporting, and supply chain operations while ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and performance tracking.Job Responsibilities: Perform both standard and non-standard Supply Chain transactions Select, apply, and explain procedures and practices to identify and resolve discrepancies Research information sources and document and coordinate results Interview suppliers and conduct local sourcing activities for nominal products and services not covered by pre-sourced contracts Execute contracts, agreements, and/or releases supporting sourcing efforts Prepare supplier documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with prevailing wages, insurance, invoicing, and other requirements Coordinate supplier evaluations with customers upon completion of work Conduct post-performance analysis Prepare material release documents and purchase requisitions based on end-user requests Expedite materials for assigned activities Sell surplus material, schedule transportation, and resolve transportation claims Respond to diverse and Valley businesses on standard and non-standard matters Plan supplier events Create requisitions and enter procurement transactions into Supply Chain Management software Enter data into various business reporting systems Run standard and non-standard reports, including procurement data and supplier performance reports Create presentation documents, flowcharts, and diagrams Maintain performance indicator tracking using spreadsheets Participate in and/or complete CM/CA Training Modules as applicable**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
