Locations: Remote (PST only), Bellevue, WA
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $70-$85/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Experience Required: 10 & Above
Role Summary:
  • Looking for a Program Manager with 8 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, and leadership stakeholder engagement.
  • Must have strong communication, Power BI/data analytics skills, and experience managing cross-functional initiatives in supply chain or cloud data center operations

Role Descriptions:
  • PMO Leadership Governance
  • Establish and lead the PMO operating model| including governance frameworks| stage gates| decision forums| and escalation paths.
  • Define and enforce program standards| methodologies| tools| templates| and reporting cadences across all workstreams.
  • Drive portfolio level prioritization| dependency management| and capacity planning across multiple projects and vendors.
  • Leadership People Management
  • Lead| mentor| and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives
  • Set delivery standards| governance frameworks| and best practices for program execution
  • Conduct performance management| coaching| and career development for TPMs
  • Foster a culture of accountability| transparency| and continuous improvement
  • Enterprise Program Delivery Management
  • Own delivery oversight for a large scale| multi workstream enterprise program| ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and outcomes.
  • Lead integrated planning across scope| schedule| budget| resources| and milestones.
  • Proactively manage RAID (Risks| Assumptions| Issues| Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation and executive visibility.
  • Ensure alignment across product| engineering| procurement| logistics| and operations teams
  • Manage program financials including budgets| forecasts| and vendor costs
  • Establish and report on KPIs| OKRs| and executive dashboards
  • Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership (Preferred)Apply strong domain knowledge across Procurement sourcing, Logistics| warehousing| and inventory
  • Supplier and subcontractor management
  • Cost controls and schedule impacts
  • Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements
  • Stakeholder Communication Executive Engagement
  • Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors for program status| health| and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Present program status| risks| trade offs| and decisions clearly and confidently
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings| decision reviews| and milestone checkpoints.Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines
  • Influence without authority across matrixed global teams

Required Qualifications
  • Experience15 years of overall experience in program project management or technology delivery| including leading PMO functions for large| complex enterprise programs.
  • 2 years leading teams of Technical PMs
  • Proven experience delivering multi year| multi workstream enterprise transformations (e.g.| ERP| cloud| digital| data| or platform modernization).Strong background managing complex| cross system| enterprise scale initiatives
  • Knowledge Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints
  • Experience working with ERP| procurement systems| logistics platforms tools
  • Familiarity with how supply
