Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.
Material Planning & Execution
Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:
Ensure all materials are available for production.
Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
Inventory Management
Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:
Maintain inventory within target thresholds.
Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate).
Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.
Demand & Supply Alignment
Lead supply/demand reviews:
Ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Customers - to understand demand and service expectations.
Suppliers - to ensure timely material availability.
Forwarders/logistics partners - to manage inbound/outbound flows.
Tool & Process Enhancement
Drive IT tool enhancements to support:
Demand planning.
Material planning.
Reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
