Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: 2950 Zanker Rd. San Jose, CA 95134
Travel: No
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9am 5pm
Hours per week: 40

Contract Length: 20 Weeks
Contract Extension: Possible 12 weeks

Overview
The team is seeking to fill this role to provide dedicated support for a near-term
operational initiative involving equipment lifecycle management (cost recovery), supplier
coordination, and cross-functional execution planning. The immediate priority is to
bring in a resource capable of evaluating equipment disposition strategies, coordinating
external communications, and driving timely execution while maximizing value recovery
and operational efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications/Education
" Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field
Preferred qualifications
" 3 - 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, operations,
procurement, or asset/equipment management
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational and
financial tradeoffs
" Comfortable using Excel for data analysis, tracking, reporting, and operational planning
" Familiarity with capital equipment, industrial equipment, manufacturing equipment, or
technical hardware environments
" Experience supporting commercial negotiations and working within established
contracting and sourcing playbooks
" Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, BOMs, or purchase
records
" Excellent organizational and communication skills
" Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
" Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
" Familiarity with ERP and Purchasing systems (e.g., Coupa, MS Business Central)
" Global vendor sourcing
inventory tracking, or sourcing analytics tools
" Experience supporting equipment resale, refurbishment, or redeployment initiatives
Other qualifications
" Negotiation skills
" CapEx procurement/sourcing experience
Specific technical experience
i.e. software, hardware, applications, O/S, ERP systems
" Excel
" ERP/Purchasing tools (Coupa, Business Central preferred)
