Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate with experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve visibility, operational performance, and business outcomes.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Supply Chain Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and business objectives.
Drive implementation and continuous improvement of Connected Supply Chain solutions to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, supply chain teams, technology partners, and vendors to align project deliverables and strategic priorities.
Develop and monitor project plans, governance frameworks, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting to ensure program success.
Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to identify performance gaps, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable supply chain, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 and CSCP certifications preferred.
8+ years (or 16+ years for senior-level roles) of experience in Supply Chain Program Management, Transformation, Analytics, or Operations leadership.
Proven experience leading complex supply chain transformation programs, stakeholder management, project governance, and cross-functional global initiatives within manufacturing, logistics, retail, or FMCG environments.
Strong expertise in supply chain analytics, data warehousing, BI reporting, KPI development, SAP/project management tools, and delivering data-driven solutions to improve operational visibility and business performance.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
