Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must have strong supply chain management expertise, including demand and supply planning, stakeholder collaboration, business process re-engineering, and driving technology-enabled solutions in complex global environments.

Rate Range: $56/Hour to $59/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Supply Chain Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead global supply chain programs and business process improvement initiatives to support operational and strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with functional teams and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver technology-enabled solutions.

  • Develop and manage supply chain roadmaps, project plans, timelines, risks, and key deliverables.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while driving process re-engineering and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Facilitate testing, training, implementation, and change management activities for supply chain projects and system enhancements.

  • Define and monitor KPIs, provide executive-level project updates, and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries.

  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, demand and supply execution, order fulfillment, and business process re-engineering.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional global programs, driving process improvements, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic supply chain solutions.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $59.00 per hour
