Supply Chain Project

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and broad business input within brand/category business teams.
• Act as the primary voice of all Supply Chain (SC) functions within the project team.
• Facilitate communication and coordination of SC functional activities outside of team meetings.
• Develop and recommend an end-to-end supply chain execution strategy that meets short and long-term project objectives.
• Ensure successful activation of projects through start of ship and technical transfer.
• Provide leadership to ensure alignment between Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and SC functional objectives.
• Facilitate functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater SC organization.
• Manage SC implementation of product change concepts.
• Ensure appropriate speed to market for product changes.
• Support the SC feasibility process for chartered work.
• Ensure best-in-class supply execution, start of production/start of ship for new projects/promotions.
• Act as project manager for some projects, as assigned and depending on size & scope.
• Identify/recommend cost savings opportunities for assigned products/SBU.
• Collaborate with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional SC expertise into business partnership.
• Build partnerships across SC sub-functions to deliver breakthrough results.
• Work with SC Integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources.
• Design and execute best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of SC Solutions resources.
• Act as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics to deliver business priorities and engage required resources.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical degree.

Preferred Skills:

• Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
• Business MBA (preferred).
