Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end supply chain expertise and leadership within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to plan and execute comprehensive product change initiatives.
Act as the primary voice of all supply chain functions within the project team, facilitating communication and coordination of activities outside team meetings.
Develop and recommend a supply chain execution strategy that meets short and long-term project objectives.
Accountable for the successful activation of projects through start of ship and technical transfer.
Ensure alignment between SBU and supply chain functional objectives.
Facilitate functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater Supply Chain organization.
Manage the implementation of product change concepts within the supply chain.
Provide leadership on product changes to ensure appropriate speed to market.
Support the supply chain feasibility process for chartered work.
Ensure best-in-class supply execution for new projects and promotions.
Act as project manager for assigned projects, depending on size and scope.
Identify and recommend cost savings opportunities for assigned products/SBU.
Collaborate with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional supply chain expertise.
Build partnerships across supply chain sub-functions to deliver breakthrough results.
Work with supply chain integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources.
Design and execute best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of supply chain solutions resources.
Act as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics to deliver business priorities and engage required resources.
Requirements:
Strong supply chain and project leadership skills with the ability to effectively influence.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
