Job Description

As a Supply Chain Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the flow of materials and production within our organization. You will be accountable for analyzing inventory levels, monitoring supply chain performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production process to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations and make a significant impact on our supply chain processes.

You will report directly to our Project Management Lead and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, thereby supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management
  • Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply
  • Implement process improvements to streamline materials management processes
  • Utilize data thoughtful tools and techniques to identify trends and make data-driven choices
  • Support Customer meetings to ensure accurate schedule communication

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in materials management or related roles.
  • Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure success.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams in a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $91,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
