CTG is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to provide end-to-end supply chain leadership for product change, launch, and promotional initiatives. This role will serve as the primary supply chain representative on cross-functional project teams, connecting business-unit priorities with manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, and other supply chain functions. Location: Alpharetta, GA Duration: 6 months Work arrangement: Onsite The Project Manager will develop supply chain execution strategies, evaluate feasibility and risk, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure operational readiness through the start of production and shipment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary supply chain representative on cross-functional product change and launch teams. Provide end-to-end supply chain expertise and business input to brand and category teams. Develop and recommend supply chain execution strategies supporting launch dates, shipment volumes, delivered-cost targets, and continuity of supply. Lead supply chain implementation for product changes, launches, promotions, and technical transfers. Coordinate activities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and other supply chain functions. Ensure alignment between business-unit objectives and supply chain functional priorities. Assess supply chain feasibility, operational readiness, constraints, and risks for proposed initiatives. Manage projects through the start of production, initial shipment, and technical transfer. Facilitate project reviews and communicate plans, priorities, status, and risks to impacted supply chain sites and stakeholders. Partner with supply chain integration teams to coordinate priorities across shared or constrained resources. Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities for assigned products and business units. Design and implement effective supply chain processes and best practices. Build strong cross-functional partnerships and promote effective team decision-making and execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or a related technical field. Experience leading cross-functional supply chain, product change, commercialization, or product-launch initiatives. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. Demonstrated project leadership and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. MBA or another advanced business degree. Experience supporting product launches, promotions, technical transfers, or supply chain implementation projects. Experience identifying cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities. The expected base salary for this position is $26.63 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
