About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to support receiving operations, inventory control, and consumables purchasing. This role is responsible for processing incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:• Process incoming materials including laminate, prepreg, copper foil, assemblies, consumables, chemicals, drills, and customer returns
• Verify shipments and enter packing slips and Certificates of Conformance into an ERP system (Paradigm)
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and assist with physical inventories
• Support consumables purchasing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and consignment inventory tracking
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency (LEAN, 6S, FIFO practices)
What You Need to Bring:• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Paradigm or similar preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory practices such as FIFO, cycle counting, and physical inventories
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams; LEAN or continuous improvement experience is a plus #metrocareers
