Sr. Manager, Supply Chain – Replenishment & Inventory Management Process Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Replenishment & Inventory Management Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of replenishment and inventory management processes across the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and supply continuity across US clinic locations through advanced planning capabilities, process governance, and data-driven inventory strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in replenishment planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and ERP-enabled transformation initiatives, with the ability to balance service levels, inventory investment, and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Process Transformation

  • Lead the definition and implementation of replenishment and inventory management process requirements across the supply chain network.
  • Configure, validate, and optimize replenishment parameters to support efficient inventory flow, stock availability, and demand responsiveness.
  • Define and establish inventory master data standards, governance models, and data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including data model design, integration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), cut-over planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to align replenishment processes with organizational goals and operational requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, replenishment efficiency, and supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory governance policies, operational controls, and process standards.

End-to-End Process Governance & Inventory Strategy

  • Manage replenishment planning and execution activities across US clinic locations to ensure product availability and service continuity.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine inventory and replenishment strategies aligned with business priorities, demand variability, and operational objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end visibility of inventory health, stock movements, and replenishment performance through reporting, analytics, and operational insights.
  • Enable proactive, data-driven decision-making by leveraging forecasting, inventory analytics, and performance monitoring capabilities.
  • Lead the transition toward intelligent replenishment models by incorporating automation, predictive planning, and advanced replenishment technologies.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, waste reduction, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor inventory effectiveness and replenishment outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Clinical Operations, Finance, and IT teams to support integrated supply chain planning and execution.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote user adoption of new replenishment processes and digital capabilities.

Experience, know-how and skills critical for success

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in replenishment planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment methodologies, stock management, and supply planning processes.
  • Experience supporting ERP or supply chain system implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to define and manage inventory master data governance and operational controls.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, retail healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of advanced replenishment technologies, predictive inventory analytics, and automation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory segmentation, and service-level optimization techniques.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification preferred.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-site, or matrixed organizations.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies. 

Annual salary: $117,700.00-$180,000.00 - Waltham, MA location
