Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

As a Supply Chain Risk Program Manager, you will lead specific initiatives to improve Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) ability to monitor, assess, and address a variety of supply chain risk factors. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across CSCO and with external partners including suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics providers to improve the resilience of our extended supply chain network, business processes, tools, and performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to assess and address risk factors impacting our extended supply chain.
  • Develop scalable and sustainable solutions to measure risk exposure and engage with cross functional partners to manage and mitigate risk. Including; creating Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI), program structure and framework, communication plans, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and influence prioritization.
  • Leverage AI to develop tools and processes to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements including metrics, data analytics, and metrology.
  • Develop program strategies and content to present to leaders and executives. Track geo-political trends, industry impacting policy changes, regulatory changes, and other potential supply chain impacting events and proactively determine an approach to address them.
  • Contribute to the overall Risk and Compliance strategy leveraging supply chain experience and subject matter expertise.
