Position Summary

The Supply Chain SAP Specialist is responsible for managing sales order execution and fulfillment activities in SAP, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery confirmation, and reliable reporting. This role supports cross-functional teams including Accounting, Sales team, and Management by maintaining up-to-date data in SAP, Air Table, C4 and CRM while proactively resolving order-related issues and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new Sales Orders (SO#) and Delivery Notes (DN#) in SAP according to business requirements. Process Sales Order PGI (Post Goods Issue) and POD (Proof of Delivery) in SAP to ensure accurate and timely order completion. Maintain and update POD tracking lists for the Accounting team to support invoicing and financial reconciliation.
  • Update sales order packing lists in Air Table, ensuring alignment with SAP and warehouse shipment details. Monitor and update sales order backorder status in Air Table to provide real-time visibility to stakeholders. Review sales order contracts in C4 and modify Sales Order numbers (SO#) in SAP as needed to ensure contract compliance.
  • Review Repair Center Air Table records and process related transactions in SAP in a timely manner. Review Spare Unit Air Table and process Value-Adding for refurbished spare units
  • Create related purchase order in SAP
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unforeseeable or ad-hoc issues related to sales order processing and system data accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years overall experiences in Supply Chain Management ( Logistics, Warehouse and related area).
  • Advanced skills in SAP, Airtable, and Excel (vlookup & pivot)
  • Strong trouble-shooting ability and independent working altitude.

Education or Desired License and Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar area.
