Supports supply chain system implementation initiatives and the development of standardized processes across Fluid Systems Division''s supply chain functional areas. Assists with planning, development, and enhancement of Fluid Systems Division''s supply chain systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and business partners to align supply chain processes while maintaining compliance with applicable local government requirements.

Contributes to supply chain change management processes and implementation strategies. Partners with internal and external I/T resources and consulting teams to support the overall supply chain systems strategy. Provides guidance and support related to supply chain systems, tools, and business processes.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Plays a key role in assessing, redesigning, and improving supply chain processes across local and back-office functions, including demand planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing, in collaboration with corporate I/T and business partners.

  • Supports supply chain systems, transaction processes, and platform strategies, including coordination with related systems and tools throughout implementation and enhancement projects.

  • Communicates effectively with a wide range of audiences, with the ability to present and explain technical information in a clear, practical, and business-focused manner.

  • Influences peers, leaders, and executives across organizational boundaries to support strategic initiatives, process changes, and implementation efficiencies.

  • Contributes to the analysis, planning, and design of strategic systems, processes, dashboards, and reporting tools necessary to support Parker Win Strategy objectives.

  • Develops and supports supply chain processes, reporting capabilities, analytics, and systems within the Parker supply chain organization.

  • Actively engages and communicates with regional supply chain managers and key leaders to support proactive responses to changing business requirements and operating environments.

  • Manages change initiatives and related projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.

  • Identifies additional improvement opportunities within supply chain and supports the development, presentation, and adoption of business cases for new projects and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum four-year Bachelor's degree (Business or Supply Chain)

  • 10 or more years' experience within operations / supply chain disciplines
  • SAP Implementation experience a plus
  • Experience working Internationally with other supply chain systems and operating structures
  • Supply Chain best practices or Lean and supply chain re-engineering experience
  • Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $106490 to $177635 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
