Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Coordinates material and logistical needs for the site operations.

• Coordinates with onsite teams, external customers, and internal stakeholders for seamless communication.

• Resolves issues in a timely manner to maintain operational alignment.

• Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.

• Performs supply chain activities to support material requirements.

• Performs warehouse inventory management tasks.

• Tracks inventory accuracy and accountability.

• Supports material and logistical coordination for operational needs.

• Maintains records of inventory and supply chain transactions.

• Ensures material availability to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

•  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• 1+ year of supply chain experience.

• 3+ years of warehouse inventory experience.

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Ability to work first shift with flexible start and end times.

• No security clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person for Export Compliance purposes.
