  • Lead cross-regional alignment meetings to drive decisions on inventory balancing, prioritization, and IRF execution
  • Act as the central coordinator for cross-regional supply actions, ensuring alignment and follow-through on agreed plans
  • Drive accountability across regions by tracking actions, resolving gaps, and ensuring execution of inventory strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, order management, or inventory control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders at different levels
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced global environment
  • Experience managing or supporting cross-regional supply flows, inter-regional transfers, and global inventory balancing

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions
  • Familiarity with digital supply chain tools, decision intelligence platforms, or scenario modeling
  • Strong understanding of how advanced analytics can improve service levels, reduce excess inventory, and enhance cross-regional planning decisions
Recommended Prescreen Questions
To help identify strong candidates, consider asking:
  1. How have you managed international or cross-regional supply chain operations?
  2. How do you manage safety stock and inventory levels?
  3. Describe your process for handling customer complaints related to part availability or supply disruptions.
  4. Walk me through how you identify root cause, develop mitigation actions, and create a recovery plan for a supply chain issue.
  5. How do you prioritize backorders or urgent customer requests such as VOR situations?
  6. Have you used AI, Copilot, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar tools to improve supply chain processes?
Including candidate responses to these questions in your recruiting notes would be very helpful.
