Enter and manage orders in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate data handling. Customer Service & Relationship Building: Act as the company's representative for customer inquiries about stock levels, shipment schedules, product pricing, and non-technical product support to maintain strong partnerships and adherence to SLAs. Inventory & Demand Management: Collaborate with production planners to set and confirm ship dates for customer orders; monitor backorders, aged inventory, and release of held lots to fulfill pending orders. Sales Support: Support sales initiatives with price analysis and adjustments; assist in setting up new customer profiles in ERP, verifying tax statuses, and coordinating credit applications with Accounting. Quality & Compliance: Adhere to ISO9001 / TS16949 / IATF16949 and internal standards by ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and participating in efforts to minimize Customer Complaint Records (CCRs).
