We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team.

This position is located on-site in Hamilton, WA.

Department Summary:  

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment activities, supporting floor-level material staging, tracking usage and traceability, resolving supply discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to specific commodity management and production support. This role requires strong organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, problem-solving ability, and collaboration across multiple departments to support safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency goals. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

The following essential job functions are performed as a Supply Chain Specialist:  

  • ​​Performs daily activities following established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines  
  • ​Maintains accurate inventory records using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking systems  
  • ​Collaborates with purchasing and suppliers to support timely replenishment and resolve material shortages  
  • ​Supports receiving and inspection activities for incoming inventory and tooling components  
  • ​Conducts inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and floor-level inventory assessments  
  • ​Maintains organization, labeling, storage compliance, and workplace cleanliness  
  • ​Coordinate with production teams to prioritize urgent materials requests and production support requirements  
  • ​Supports freezer, controlled storage, or specialized inventory management requirements where applicable  
  • ​Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements  
  • ​Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and state/federal regulations  
  • ​Acts as liaison between supply chain, warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to facilitate material flow and operational readiness ​ 
  • Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.  

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Some forklift experience is required; must be able to be trained and pass certification 
  • Previous warehousing experience 
  • Must possess basic math skills; must be able to work independently 
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language 
  • Must possess comprehensive PC skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) 
  • Must have capability to learn and use new systems 
  • Must be able to function in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system 
  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3). 
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).  Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Associates Degree in Supply Chain  
  • Prior use with SAP  
  • Previous experience working within an ISO or AS regulated environment  

Detailed Wage Information

  • Salary range for this role is between $30 - $42 an hour plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
