︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or 2+ years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience.Experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, or order management.Working knowledge of ERP/EDI systems, inventory databases, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations is preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Excellent communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and cross-functional teams.Strong mathematical, data analysis, and logistics planning skills.Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to changing global supply chain conditions.Language SkillsSuperior English and Japanese language skills – Native or native-like Japanese proficiency preferred.
