As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you’ll oversee inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving performance, vendor coordination, and warehouse operations all while supporting field service teams and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory through documentation, cycle counts, adjustments, tracking, and reconciliation.
Process Improvement — Partner with stakeholders to streamline stocking, withdrawing, restocking, and warehouse workflows.
Asset & Purchasing Coordination — Work with Finance on asset management, purchasing reconciliation, usage trends, and catalog accuracy.
Reporting & KPIs — Maintain and distribute supply chain reports; develop KPIs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Order Processing — Process customer orders for EST parts and products via phone and internet.
Vendor Management — Oversee vendor purchasing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain professional relationships.
Shipping & Receiving — Support daily shipping/receiving, carrier performance reviews, documentation accuracy, and damaged‑shipment claims.
Warehouse Operations — Oversee loading/unloading, forklift operation, organization, cleanliness, and yard/dock maintenance.
Team Leadership — Train, coach, evaluate, and support personnel under your supervision.
Field Service Support — Assist technicians with reports, track vehicle inventory/tools, and support project needs.
Soap Production Oversight — Support repackaging, labeling, and production of EST cleaning products.
Safety & Risk Management — Ensure safety policies are followed and mitigate warehouse/logistics risks.
Additional duties may include vehicle outfitting, occasional deliveries, rental equipment support, and annual travel to review inventory and train teams.
3–5 years of relevant supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience preferred.
Strong communication skills; organized, dependable, and proactive.
Familiarity with industrial, mechanical, or electrical equipment.
Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
Ability to travel 20–30% as needed.
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport, military base access, and other required credentials.
Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely (and up to 100 lbs occasionally) and work in warehouse/field environments.
