Job Description
As a Supply Chain Sustainability Intern, you will:
- Research emerging sustainability disclosure requirements (e.g., CSRD) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation, and assess potential impacts on IBM's supply chain, operations, and supplier engagement programs.
- Assess circular supply chain opportunities and develop recommendations to support business value, supply chain resilience, and regulatory readiness.
- Use AI-powered tools and IBM technologies (including Client Zero, watsonx, and other analytics platforms) to analyze sustainability data.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that align sustainability goals with business value creation.
- Attend internal forums and stakeholder discussions to observe strategic partnership development and sustainability innovation in action.
