Are you an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success? Orlando Health is looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader to coordinate daily operations, support team members, and help ensure our facilities have the supplies needed to provide exceptional patient care.

 What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you will:

Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain operations across hospital and off-site locations
Provide guidance and support to Supply Chain Technicians and team members
Generate inventory, management, and operational reports
Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory accuracy
Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews throughout the facility
Create and maintain staff schedules and facilitate routine team meetings
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Perform basic system troubleshooting and manage inventory updates
Build strong relationships with clinical leaders and departments
Round regularly with hospital departments to identify and resolve supply concerns
Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures

 What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) years of warehousing, inventory, retail, or supply chain experience required
Associate Degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for up to four (4) years of experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
Experience with inventory management, receiving, stocking, and operational coordination preferred
