PGS Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Ogden, UT for a contract role supporting Northrop Grumman.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, material movement, and supply chain operations. This role requires SAP S/4 goods issue and goods receiving experience, Microsoft Office skills, forklift/reach lift experience, and the ability to support manual and clerical warehouse activity.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of additional education and/or related experience.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • SAP S/4 goods issuing and goods receiving experience.
  • Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience.
  • Forklift operations experience.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to manually receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
  • Ability to verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
  • Ability to prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
  • Ability to route materials to destinations.
  • Ability to pull and assemble kits according to schedules and deliver materials to the shop floor.
  • Ability to use hand trucks, forklifts, computers, and warehouse applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced SAP S/4 goods issue and goods receiving transaction experience.
  • Experience reading Stores Pick Tickets.
  • Warehouse environment experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Global supply chain experience.
  • Warehouse inventory or warehouse management experience.
  • Reach lift experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support supply chain manufacturing, logistics, engineering property, and supply chain operations.
  • Receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
  • Process and maintain material data using computers and warehouse systems.
  • Verify materials by quantity, weight, and conformance.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading.
  • Route materials to required destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits according to production schedules.
  • Deliver materials to the shop floor.
  • Support manual and clerical warehouse duties as needed.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • 9x80 A schedule.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Onsite role.

Pay

  • $20.00/hour
