  • Supply Chain Technician I: This 0.5 FTE/Part-Time position is scheduled to work less than an 8HR day shift and is UFCW represented.

    Compensation: Non-exempt, $19.01/HR—$29.86/HR. Placement within this range is based on years of applicable experience.

  • Job Summary:
    • The Supply Chain Technician I perform the courier deliveries across the organization and a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product, which may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, staging, transporting, storage, delivery and other duties as needed.
       
  • Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Courier deliveries between hospital and clinic departments, process outbound mail and deliver accordingly.
    • Record items are used on par level record, replace items on carts and delivered to user departments. Records all used items into MMIS using the requisition menu system.
    • Deliver special order supplies and equipment.
    • Provide oversight of storage and distribution of all supplies and assures physical separation of medical items, housekeeping items, and flammables.
    • Maintain personal physical health & safety awareness in moving and lifting stocks.
    • Re-stock stores and maintain storerooms in a clean, orderly, and accessible state.
    • Receives and processes any outbound shipments verifying that packing slips, purchase order and merchandise match.
    • Monitor dated supplies and rotate stock to assure a first-in - first-out flow of goods.
    • Cleans and maintains storeroom and receiving areas.
    • Assists Director with year-end inventory.
    • Operates company vehicles to travel between district-approved locations to perform assigned job duties and support departmental operations, as needed.
    • Additional related duties and projects as assigned.
       
  • Required Education and Experience:
  •  
    • A high school diploma or equivalent or commensurate experience is required.
    • 1–2 years of experience in a storeroom/warehouse environment.
       
  • Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:
  •  
    1. Valid Washington State Driver’s license.
