## Supply Chain Technician, Tuesday - Sunday, 10:00 pm - 6:30-amApplylocations: Oklahoma Citytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0066938## **Position Title:**Supply Chain Technician, Tuesday - Sunday, 10:00 pm - 6:30-am## **Department:**Supply Chain## **Job Description:**Under general supervision, put away, requisition, pick, distribute, and deliver general, medical, and surgical supplies throughout various healthcare settings.**Essential Responsibilities***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.** Put away supplies into Med-Surge areas. Not including OR and procedural areas.* Scan inventory labels to generate replenishment orders for both stock and non-stock items.* Pick supplies from storage locations for distribution and placement into Case Carts, and restocking Exchange Carts such as Code (Crash) Carts and Procedural Carts/Trays.* Check various supply locations for product expiration dates and removal according to policy.* Assist with special projects.* Deliver supplies and packages to various nursing units, clinics, and other locations utilizing appropriate signature technologies.* Answer phone calls and emails and respond to customer service requests.* Perform issues and credits in the Materials Management Information System (MMIS), ensuring the cost of the items are allocated appropriately.* Utilize various computer technologies such as handhelds, package scanners, and software programs.* Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure par locations are free of dirt, dust, and trash.* Deliver supplies and packages to various nursing units, clinics, and other locations utilizing appropriate signature technologies. **General Responsibilities*** Performs other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications****Education Requirements*** High school diploma or GED required.**Experience Requirements*** 0-3 years of professional experience preferred.**License/Certification/Registration Requirements*** None required.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements*** Typing, use of computers, computer software, and the ability to learn software applications necessary in the performance of typical work.* Proficiency in utilizing the MMIS.* Knowledge of general office equipment such a fax machines, copy machines, box cutters and printers.* Ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.* Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to include coworkers, management, and clinical partners.* Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, including active listening.* Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem solving.* Ability to operate pallet jacks.* Day to day duties include bending, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 40-50 lbs.* Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.* Ability to cover multiple areas at any time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
