Position Title: Test Technician / Fulfillment Specialist

Position Overview
A fast-growing, technology-driven organization in the healthcare logistics space is seeking a hands-on Test Technician / Fulfillment Specialist to support product testing, quality control, and order fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone with an electronics, production, or technical assembly background who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys working across both lab and warehouse settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform bench testing of electronic products including sensor setup, power-on testing, and data output verification
* Conduct simulated shipping tests to validate product performance in real-world transport conditions
* Complete quality inspections of product assemblies following detailed work instructions
* Identify, document, and report testing anomalies or product issues
* Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound product shipments
* Move and manage inventory, including transporting pallets between testing and shipping areas
* Support general warehouse operations including pick, pack, shipping, and material handling
* Assist with final assembly checks and fulfillment of high-tech medical transport units





Qualifications

* 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics testing, technical assembly, production, or warehouse/distribution environments
 * Strong understanding of basic electronics preferred; prior experience as an electronics technician is highly valued
 * Comfortable working in both laboratory and warehouse settings
 * Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
 * Must have hands-on industry experience; this is not an entry-level role
 * Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured procedures
 * Self-starter who can adapt to evolving processes in a startup environment
