Supply Chain / Transportation Product Manager

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise transportation systems.
• Strong Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation domain knowledge.
• Proven experience implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) at scale , preferably in Retail/e-Commerce.
• Experience developing and optimizing global product roadmaps based on business value.
• Strong experience working in large, matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience creating, prioritizing, and accepting Epics and User Stories .
• Experience conducting user research and testing to understand business/customer needs.
• Ability to define product goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills across technical, business, and executive levels.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
• Ability to work collaboratively with modern software design and development teams.
• Strong transition management experience.
