As a Supply Chain/Logistics Manager, we rely on you to lead and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations for our Pendergrass, Georgia or our Fort Worth manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while supporting production, quality, and customer commitments. You will make an impact by: We lead and continuously improve inbound and outbound transportation strategies, including carrier and 3PL management. We ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and on-time shipment of finished goods to our customers. We oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping. We optimize freight cost, routing, packaging, and logistics processes. We partner closely with production, materials, procurement, and planning teams to support plant performance. We establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, service, cost, and efficiency. We ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. We develop, coach, and engage logistics and warehouse teams in alignment with Siemens values. You will win us over with the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: We typically look for a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We value 8 or more years of progressive management experience in logistics or distribution experience in a manufacturing environment. We seek experience supporting large-scale operations, ideally in facilities with 1,000+ employees. We appreciate strong leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
