Supply Clerk

Start your new career as a Supply Clerk with MAU at Milliken-Cushman in Williamston, SC. As a Supply Clerk, you will manage plant supplies, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate purchasing and shipping activities to support efficient manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

• Schedule: First Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible to 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in inventory, supply management, purchasing, or related operations
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical activities, including standing, climbing, and stooping
• Valid drivers license for occasional local supply pickups

What You'll Do as a Supply Clerk:

• Order, receive, organize, and distribute plant supplies using SAP, Ariba, and procurement cards
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate supply records
• Prepare, ship, and track packages using UPS or similar shipping systems
• Process purchase orders and packing slips while resolving order discrepancies with vendors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized supply areas following 5S workplace standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely supply availability
• Analyze supply usage, maintain inventory data, and generate reports
• Assist with safety audits and daily plant maintenance activities
