Our client, a Consumer Products And Software Services company, is looking for a Supply Demand Planner for their Austin, TX/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Influence and triangulate crossfunctional alignment within a matrixed organization
  • Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including adhoc problem solving during unprecedented events.
  • Drive, influence, and develop longterm strategic initiatives that shape the future of client supply chain and omnichannel roadmap.
  • Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities, ensuring worldclass customer experience across all of client routes to market.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
  • Responsible for supply execution of hundreds of thousands of units between channels and refurb partners to maximize financial results and customer experience.
  • Influence and manage operations across global Distribution Centers lifting out of Multiple origin locations.
  • Analyze backlog & open order data and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Provide program support and make routine execution decisions to ensure customer ship  commitments, fill rates and revenue goals are met.
  • Maximize daily billings per posted fill rate targets
  • Execute supply to support established operational metrics and performance goals.
  • Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving client Sustainability and ecofriendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.
  • Expert with SAP and Excel with the ability to assemble impactful reports on a recurring and adhoc basis, Tableau experience a plus

Requirements:
  • 5+ year’s experience in the areas of operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, consulting
  • Consistent record of leading diverse & complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities & tasks
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing supply & demand planning activities, including: developing & managing product supply plans that support quarterly financial revenue plans while achieving order cycle time goals; serving as a cross  functional interface between Sales, Operations Regional Planning Teams, and Partner Teams; creating weekly allocation plans across supported channels, performing reporting reviews to ensure execution is met where supply is available
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
  • Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully
  • Demonstrated ability in business process reengineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous innovation
  • Excellent forward thinking capabilities, able to see beyond the current state, proactively identifying risks/opportunities
  • Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data and drive solutions based on logic and insights
  • Independently solve routine problems while seeking guidance on more complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development, enhancing problemsolving capabilities and project efficiency a plus.
  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
