Join our Supply Execution Management team as a Supply Execution Management Manager, leading end-to-end inventory allocation and driving strategic, data-driven decisions.

This is a temporary part-time opportunity running through approximately the end of 2026, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end inventory allocation processes, ensuring optimal stock distribution across business channels
Leverage analytics to enhance decision-making and support strategic planning
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact the fulfillment of planned promotional orders
Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports to communicate product availability and supply status
Develop and implement improved business processes to drive efficiency and scalability within the Supply Execution Management team
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining accurate SAP Planbook data
Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
Lead onboarding and training initiatives to support the growth and integration of new team members

The Supply Execution Management team encompasses both Allocation and Order Management functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless movement of products through the supply chain-from Distribution Centers to the end customer. We oversee inventory allocation, order prioritization, and the maintenance of optimal stock levels to align with customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Our mission is to optimize inventory distribution and order fulfillment to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The Supply Execution Management Manager is a key leader within the Supply Execution Management team, responsible for driving end-to-end allocation processes and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and insight-driven decision-making. Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in Allocation and/or Inventory Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
Embraces different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture
Relevant experience in inventory management, planning, flow of goods, and/or data analysis
Proficient in SAP or similar inventory allocation systems
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
English (advanced levels)
Nice to Have:
Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus!
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
Hands-on experience with SAP
Proven experience with both B2B and Retail channels

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $120,830.00 - $181,246.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
