Position Overview

Uber is seeking a highly motivated Supply Growth Manager to lead initiatives that drive driver and courier supply growth across the United States. This role combines strategy, operations, analytics, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to improve marketplace performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally, building dashboards, testing growth strategies, and traveling extensively to engage directly with drivers and local markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to markets across the U.S. to engage directly with drivers, couriers, and prospective drivers to identify supply growth opportunities.
  • Gather qualitative market feedback and partner with internal teams to improve marketplace management strategies.
  • Build dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and evaluate supply growth initiatives.
  • Design, test, and scale operational growth levers, including CRM campaigns and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with U.S. and EMEA teams to develop operational strategies supporting supply growth.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive business decisions.
  • Improve operational workflows and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, management consulting, investment banking, technology, or marketplace operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop new operational frameworks.
  • Experience building and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL experience.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Marketplace, mobility, logistics, rideshare, delivery, or gig economy experience.
  • Experience designing incentive programs or CRM growth campaigns.
  • Consulting or investment banking background.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
