Supply Growth Specialist/Manager (Fleet Growth)
Location: Washington, DC 20036 (Remote)
Pay Rate: $44.50 per hour
Duration: 6 months contract
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, persuasive, and highly self-motivated Supply Growth Specialist/Manager to acquire fleet partners that support key growth initiatives, including premium service offerings, specialized transportation solutions, and emerging mobility programs. This is a hunter-style role focused on identifying fleet operators, conducting outreach, qualifying opportunities, presenting partnership opportunities, vetting potential partners, and successfully onboarding new fleets.
You will own fleet acquisition end-to-end, from initial prospecting through activation, with a primary focus on expanding and strengthening the fleet partner network. By directly managing the acquisition funnel, you will build relationships with prospective fleet partners, understand what motivates them to engage, and establish a repeatable, scalable approach to fleet acquisition.
As the network grows, you will also help improve scalability by documenting best practices, identifying conversion barriers, and developing processes, playbooks, and tools that enhance outreach and onboarding effectiveness. These insights will contribute to a more streamlined and scalable fleet onboarding experience while maintaining a high-touch partner experience where it matters most.
