Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Supply Management Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of service parts to our customers by working closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts. This role involves using various management tools and platforms to manage parts supply and performance metrics.
 
Responsibilities
  • Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.
 
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
  • Open to recent graduates.
 
Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.65 - $23.65 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
