Supply Management Specialist

Payrate: $30.40 - $30.40/hr.
 
Responsibilities:

• Distribute reports to suppliers such as EDI, Reschedules, Forecasts, etc,
• Receive and Process PO requests · Enter reschedule responses from Suppliers into E10 · Purchasing responsibility for lesser complex commodities and non-inventory items

 
Qualifications:

• 1 or more years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Management, or Data Entry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). V-look ups
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Associates Degree in Business/Supply Management or related field or equivalent experience.

 
Top 3 skillsets:

• AGILE experience to approve changes. Ability to learn these systems.
• Data Entry experience- update PO's
• Report running
• Purchasing background at an entry level only. NO ADVANCED purchasing as this is a Jr. role

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.40 - $30.40/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
