Supply Planner Location: Grand Prairie, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to support production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production efficiency, meeting customer demand, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Production Monitoring Oversee production schedules to ensure priorities are met and aligned with business needs Inventory Management Establish and maintain target inventory levels for raw materials and production parts Partner with manufacturing and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and adherence to inventory goals Production Planning Set and monitor work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing teams Problem Resolution Identify, analyze, and resolve production delays, constraints, and bottlenecks Reporting & Analysis Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and overall operational status Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing operational efficiency Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or a manufacturing environment Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage complex schedules and optimize processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Experience with Alteryx or similar data/analytics tools Additional Requirements Ability to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
