As a Supply Planner II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the supply chain operations by assisting in the planning and execution of supply and inventory strategies to meet customer demand efficiently.

You will report directly to our Sr Materials Management Manager, and will work a hybrid schedule out of our El Paso, TX location.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and timeliness of supply plans, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain within the Building Automation business unit.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions.
  • 2+ years of experience with supply planning tools such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, or Forecast Pro to manage and optimize inventory and supply plans.
  • 2+ years of experience in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning software to support supply chain operations.

We Value:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
