  • Manage short-term supply response: prioritize orders when constrained, recommend allocation strategies, and coordinate expedites or plan changes to protect customer commitments.
  • Review and analyze supply plan changes (capacity, materials, inventory, lead times), identify risks/opportunities, and provide mitigation proposals and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Own supply planning deliverables to convert the consensus forecast into an executable supply plan (e.g., production plan/MPS inputs, inventory targets & safety stock, and SKU/location constraint alignment).
  • Integrate Giraffe Foods business into the NA F&B S&OP cadence, including Demand Review, Supply Review, capacity planning and CAPEX planning/spend visibility.
  • Establish and maintain inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, and target coverage) by SKU/location and recommend adjustments based on variability, lead time, and service objectives.
  • Close collaboration with Customer Service, Production Planning, QC, Production and Logistics to drive efficient inventory level and on time delivery.
  • Partner with Inventory Manager to identify risks of SLOBs and mitigate excess/obsolete inventory
  • Support new item launches and customer onboarding from a supply planning perspective by confirming capacity/material readiness, setting initial inventory targets, and aligning production and lead times to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive the overall management and execution Supply Chain projects like Inventory Task Force, Safety stock, forecast improvement, and reporting.
