Our client, a growing international organization with a complex supply chain network, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join their operations team. This role is responsible for managing the movement and storage of finished goods across regional production hubs and satellite warehouse locations while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and exceptional service levels.

Reporting to the Production & Supply Planning Manager, this position will serve as a key liaison between warehouse partners, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal planning teams to ensure products are received, stored, and delivered according to established service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and product movement across regional hub and satellite warehouse locations to support targeted service levels and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
  • Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers and ensure all physical inventory movements are accurately reflected within the ERP system.
  • Partner with Delivery Logistics Managers and Operations Planning teams to maintain agreed minimum stock levels (MSLs).
  • Coordinate import and export activities across a global distribution network, ensuring timely execution and status visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional distribution planning teams to schedule export shipments and align replenishment plans.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping agents, carriers, and logistics partners to manage vessel, truck, and warehouse activities.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation and ensure timely processing.
  • Support incident reporting and emergency response activities related to logistics and transportation operations.
  • Assist with third-party logistics (3PL) and logistics service provider (LSP) contract administration, performance management, and cost control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow, transportation efficiency, and overall network costs.
  • Monitor and report on logistics partner performance against established KPIs and service expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and distribution challenges.
  • Ensure warehouse and logistics operations comply with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and stock management practices.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, or warehouse partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.

Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • SAP or comparable ERP systems
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Monday.com or similar project management platforms
Preferred Experience
  • Inland or marine logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation experience.
  • International import/export operations and documentation.
  • Supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost analysis.
  • Experience working within a multinational or global business environment.
  • Additional language capabilities beyond English are highly desirable.
