Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Planning Advisor to join our team. The Supply Planning Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies to our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies to our facilities.

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure the timely delivery of supplies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

- Conduct regular forecasting and planning activities to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained and minimize excess inventory.

- Monitor and track supply chain performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and planning techniques.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
